Key Responsibilities:

Clean up work areas
Fuel vehicles and equipment
Clean tracks on track type and related equipment
Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick up
Operate general site vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts, backhoe, mowers, trimming equipment, etc.
Direct traffic at the site as necessary
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management

Requirements:

Must be available to work weekdays and weekends
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Forklift experience or certification is preferred
Ability to manually lift up to 30 pounds solely & manually push/move up to 75 pounds with assistance from another employee
