    Description

    GFL Environmental is looking for a Call Centre Service Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, British Columbia for a one-year contract from June 2024-June 2025

    The Call Centre Service Representative will assist in selling and promoting GFL's solid waste services to businesses and industrial establishments by placing outgoing calls and handling incoming customer calls and questions in a professional, courteous manner. They will also assist outside sales representatives with appointment setting, customer tracking and quotations.

  • Arrive at the work station that services inbound calls and customers emails for multiple divisions within GFL.
  • Field emails and customer inquiries with a solutions oriented attitude and display your ability to multitask
  • Perform assigned tasks, which may include:Customer follow-ups and call-backsEmail follow-upsPayment requestsRun credit checks on new customers
  • Be a positive advocate for the GFL Environmental image by fostering cooperation and collaboration with both internal and external customers.
