    Refrigerative Supply Limited is a family business owned by Alison Hamilton and Linda Gibbs. The business was founded by Peter Gibbs' and Alison Hamilton's parents, Jack and Elizabeth Gibbs.

    From this modest beginning, the Company now has a Head Office in Burnaby, Eighteen Branches, and Four Distribution Centers spread across Western Canada.

    The Business Development Representative will be responsible for promoting positive relationships with clients to assure procurement of future business and profitability.

    Develop new customer accounts by cold-calling various locations within the designated areas.
    Visit and support new customer accounts.
    Perform market analysis to ascertain current opportunities and to identify customer needs and uses.
    Visit customers on-site to assist in troubleshooting, address concerns, and follow up on the progress of the job.
    Must have or be able to obtain a valid Class 5 driver's license.

    Have a working knowledge and complete understanding of how to process orders, quotes, credits, and backorders on the computer.

    Understands basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.
    Always maintain a business-like manner.
    Possesses basic Microsoft Office skills.
    The target salary range for this position is $88,000 - $105,000 CAD . The salary will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate's relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
