    The Office Coordinator plays an essential role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the workplace, contributing to the development of a pleasant and functional work environment, and supporting the management team in the coordination of various events and ad hoc needs.

    This position represents an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to contribute to the evolution of the firm through its various architectural achievements.

    Order and manage office supplies inventory;
    Provide general administrative support to the office, including making copies, handling email and mail distribution, and supporting managers in tracking expense accounts;
    Coordinate and organize company-wide social events and employee training sessions, including scheduling and managing all communications related to training activities;
    Certificate, DEC, DEP in administration and/or accounting or equivalent;
    Perfect bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written);
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
    Demonstrated enthusiasm for diversified administrative tasks;
