Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate and mortgage services.
Handle inbound calls from clients and provide information about our services.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.
Collect and update client information in the database.
Followup on leads and inquiries generated through various channels.
Address client concerns and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and objectives.
Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to real estate and mortgage.

Qualifications:

Softspoken with excellent verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred.
Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Detailoriented and able to accurately record and update client information.
Basic knowledge of real estate and lending processes is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
Goaloriented and able to work in a targetdriven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
