- Collect, compile and analyze the information needed to monitor operational planning, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Handle high-value files, with a constant focus on what's best for the client. You're also able to offer clear reasoning when negotiating with our partners.
- Provide specialized support in reviewing unusual or disputes cases by seeking alternative or special solutions. On occasion, you serve as your unit's representative.
- Carry out operational quality control measures, identify training needs and help develop and disseminate training processes.
- Help evaluate, develop and implement work processes, products, forms, etc. and monitor their application by the employees in your unit.
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and partners, using various communication methods.
- Determine excess mortality or morbidity rates by consulting the organization's various reference sources.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and recommendations and act in an advisory capacity when implementing recommendations.
