- Provide subject matter expertise in the functional configuration of HCM and other product areas of Workday
- Assist end users and HR business partners with inquiries investigating and troubleshooting data and business process errors
- Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday or Kronos functionality
- Define system requirements, research capabilities, performs configuration and testing prior to implementation of system changes
- Support end user training by creating and updating Job Aids and assisting in the delivery of facilitated training and demonstrations
- 3+ years of HRIS experience in a systems admin or analyst role supporting Workday
- Knowledge and experience with HCM Workday product area, and familiarity or training in a secondary product area
- Configuration expertise in multiple Workday product areas, strong understanding of Workday cross-functional touchpoints, HRIS security, calculated fields, custom reports
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization in fast-paced environments, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates excellent customer service, interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
- Experience in computer skills, particularly MS Excel
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related discipline/experience

As a Workday HRIS Analyst , you will provide subject matter expertise for day-to-day support and development of the HR System (HRIS) while working with teams across HR and Technology to ensure that the HRIS is optimized in its support of HR business processes, policies, and third-party integrations.
In this role, the successful candidate is preferred to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
