Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Strategize, organize, and supervise the implementation of ServiceNow programs, aligning them with our organizational objectives.
  • Take charge of a team of ServiceNow professionals, delegating tasks and meticulously tracking progress to ensure punctual project completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline project scope, requirements, and deliverables, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Craft and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring adherence to predefined parameters.
  • Monitor program performance, swiftly identify risks, and proactively address issues to curtail project delays.
  • Regularly present progress reports to stakeholders, furnishing updates on project status, accomplishments, and challenges.
  • Propel continuous enhancement by scrutinizing program processes, pinpointing areas for optimization, and effecting necessary changes.
  • Uphold compliance with regulatory guidelines, industry benchmarks, and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record as a ServiceNow Technical Project Manager or in an equivalent leadership role within a ServiceNow environment.
  • Showcase excellent project management proficiencies, with a successful history of delivering medium to large scale projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Display adeptness in leading and motivating crossfunctional teams, nurturing collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
  • Harness strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities to identify and resolve programcentric issues.
  • Flaunt exceptional organizational skills, adept at task prioritization and simultaneous management of multiple projects.
  • Boast outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling lucid interactions with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Possession of ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator, is preferred but not obligatory.
