You will be responsible for managing the full client onboarding activities including all account openings/maintenance and technical integrations.To be successful in this position, you will need to understand the customer needs, be able to define the integration requirements, and more importantly collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions that enhance our technology offerings and delight our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Integration:
Deliver a comprehensive integration plan aligned with senior leadership business goals and customer needs
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners to gather integration requirements and prioritize integration opportunities in clear documentation
Product Roadmap:
Maintain the product integration roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables to support business objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance and IT to ensure successful client integration implementation
Sales and Marketing Support:
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials highlighting the value proposition of integrated solutions.
Support sales efforts through customer meetings, demos, and presentations.Product Development Work:
Under the direction of team leader: develop integration requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with overall product strategy and roadmap
Pricing:
Work with pricing and finance teams to ensure pricing is always accurate in the system for client rating software and appropriately priced for new product offerings
Customer Experience Optimization:
Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience through seamless integrations and product improvements
Technical Expertise:
Leverage your technical background to understand complex integration scenarios and provide guidance on technical feasibility and implementation best practices for API and webhook integrations
Performance Tracking:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of integration initiatives, and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in managing product integrations and enhancing consumer experience, with a strong ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, with a focus on integrations, technology, and customer experience.Minimum of 2 years leading client projects and building products to suit clients' needs.
Exceptional work ethic – willingness to be hands on to ensure all elements of the project is delivered.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Results-oriented with a passion for innovation, ESG, and continuous improvement.
