    Role Overview:

    As a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant at ADP, you will play a crucial role as a trusted advisor to our clients and prospects. By leveraging your expertise and consulting abilities, you will tackle their most pressing HCM Compliance and HRIS Technology challenges, enabling them to focus on their core business operations.

    Working closely with sales professionals, you will craft and deliver innovative business solutions using the latest messaging techniques to engage buyers efficiently.

    Utilize your knowledge of human resources, payroll, and workforce management to guide clients on optimizing their people, processes, and operating procedures.

    Act as a go-to resource, collaborator, and ADP representative within your network, all while upholding the highest ethical standards.

    Requirements include three to eight years of experience in Payroll, HR, or Workforce Management, along with NPI Payroll or HR Certification.


    Additionally, you should be enthusiastic about 'creative play' and enjoy exploring different scenarios to determine the best technological fit.

    • Prior experience in the Payroll/HR industry
    • Relevant technical certifications
    • Specialized knowledge in areas like recruitment and global payroll
    • Being bilingual, especially in French
