    Shift: 24/7 Coverage (Shift Work Required)


    About the Role:
    GTAA is in the process of upgrading its systems that monitor the towing and movement of on-ground aircraft.

    Until the new integrated system goes live, we are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to monitor our existing systems and ensure accurate real-time data reporting.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced airport environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Monitor three existing systems (ACDM, GM/GV, VHF radio) that track the movement and towing of aircraft.

    Listen to traffic radio communications.

    Report and input data in real-time accurately.

    Ensure continuous coverage by adhering to shift schedules.

    Maintain a high level of situational awareness and attention to detail.


    Profile:
    Must be available for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Must have own transportation to commute to the airport.

    Must not miss any shifts.

    Must be computer savvy and able to quickly learn and operate monitoring systems.

    Super reliable with a strong sense of responsibility.

    Recent degree or diploma graduates looking for a short-term summer position.


    Please note that the successful candidate must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check, as this position involves handling sensitive information and financial responsibilities within the air transport sector.

    This is necessary to ensure the safety and security of operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.


    Qualifications:
    Recent graduate with a degree or diploma.

    Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

    Ability to quickly learn and operate monitoring systems after a brief (8-hour) training session.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    Additional Information:
    The systems are easy to understand once trained.

    Training will be provided and is expected to take approximately one day (8 hours).

    Breaks are permitted during shifts, and employees can leave to grab food or coffee as needed.
