We have partnered with a leading Loading Dock Installer & Manufacturer to fill the pivotal role of
General Manager at their Mississauga Office.
As the General Manager, you will lead a dynamic team across three locations within Ontario and Quebec, driving financial growth, operational excellence, and strategic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute short and mid-range business plans aligned with the company's strategy, effectively communicating objectives and priorities to the team.

People Development: Lead the development and growth of our people, modeling exemplary leadership behaviors and fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence: Direct the development and communication of operating policies and processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and driving continuous improvement in service, quality, and efficiency.

Financial Management: Develop and implement corporate budgetary and strategic plans, measuring overall performance and driving accountability across functions and operations.

Corporate Compliance: Champion compliance with corporate/global policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring proper business practices and code of conduct are upheld.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture effective customer relationships, establishing appropriate metrics of performance and satisfaction, and promoting a reputation of quality for our client.

Leadership and Team Management: Direct managers and department heads to achieve planned goals and initiatives, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive success.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a multi
- functional business
- related role, with demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency in French is preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership in sales, marketing, and customer service, with deep knowledge of the service business organization and customer base.
- Advanced skills in change management, people development, and human performance.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to positively influence and motivate others to achieve goals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Strong capability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to travel to all business locations (2535% travel expected) within Canada and the US.

$170,000.00-$190,000.00 per year
