    Be part of our Indigenous Services team as a Senior Administrative Assistant. This dedicated team goes above and beyond to meet clients' unique needs in a changing business and financial landscape.     Our clients range from different Indigenous communities across the country. We assist them in crafting strategic, business, and operational plans that are engagement-focused and thoughtful.     Responsibilities

    • Act as a strategic partner to two executives, offering comprehensive administrative support to enhance their efficiency
    • Manage intricate calendars and schedules, coordinating appointments and travel plans meticulously
    • Be the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders, representing the executives professionally
    • Create various documents, presentations, and reports with precision and in line with organizational standards
    • Anticipate the executives' needs and proactively solve issues, showcasing resourcefulness
    • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, arrange logistics, and record meeting minutes
    • Work with leadership and team members to enhance processes and efficiency
    • Support special projects, offering expertise to drive successful outcomes

    Skills and Experience

    • Minimum of ten (10) years in an administrative position, preferably in a senior role
    • Relevant post-secondary degree is an advantage
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software applications
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
    • Capable of working independently towards set goals
