Description

As a Part Management Specialist at CCRC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of parts and components within our organization.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of parts, from procurement to inventory management, and distribution.

Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring that parts are readily available when needed.


Responsibilities:

Part Procurement: Collaborate with suppliers to source and procure parts and components required for our products or services. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to optimize cost-efficiency.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure that parts are readily available when needed. Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and minimize carrying costs.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that parts meet our quality standards. Develop and implement quality assurance processes for incoming parts.

Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of parts to various departments or production facilities. Ensure that parts are delivered on time to support production schedules.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to parts, including specifications, part numbers, pricing, and supplier information.

Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings in part procurement and inventory management while maintaining quality standards.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in part management, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and standards

$20.00-$45.00 per hour
