We have three (3) opportunities available, a bilingual permanent position and a bilingual temporary position (up to 12 months) as well as a unilingual temporary position (up to 12 months) in our Sudbury office.
Note:
These positions are located at 933 Ramsey Lake Rd, Sudbury on a Hybrid Remote Work model (3 days in office); however, alternate work arrangements including flexible hours, may be available.

What can I expect to do in this role?: As part of the divisional team, you will:
- provide financial reporting and analysis to support operational planning and financial management activities
- contribute to the development and implementation of effective procedures, systems, and processes
- review all iExpense and purchase card transactions
- monitor, track and report on contract agreements between the Division and external service providers
- prepare hiring packages for fixed-term and regular staff
How do I qualify?:
Mandatory:
- You must possess oral French language skills at the advanced level for the bilingual positions. Your proficiency level will be confirmed before hire.
Financial and Administrative Expertise:
- You have demonstrated knowledge of accounting practices, financial management principles, resources allocation, budget and financial forecasting, and expenditure controls.
- You have advanced working knowledge of integrated financial control systems to monitor budget and expenditures, identify and explain variances, and conduct financial analysis.
- You have knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.
- You can provide information on positions and prepare hiring documentation, ensuring information is captured in the financial system.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- You can extract/manipulate data, and analyze financial information in order to establish and monitor status of budget, identify and resolve discrepancies, problems or concerns.
Planning and Organizational Skills:
- You have organizational and prioritizing skills to determine work priorities and manage multiple conflicting deadlines.
Computer Skills:
- You demonstrate proficiency in the use of computer software programs including word processing and spreadsheet programs, financial systems and the internet.
- You have the ability to effectively extract and manipulate data from financial reporting systems to meet a variety of analytical and planning needs.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- You can clearly and concisely communicate information and provide advice on procurement and financial reporting requirements.
- You can prepare and present various documents, including presentations, reports, summaries.
