    Key Accountabilities:

    · Achieving and exceeding annual revenue budgets.

    · Manage day-to-day operations including patient and staff scheduling.

    · Enhancing staff efficiency through a strategic staffing approach.

    · Collaborating on a dental supply strategy with both the team and external vendors.

    · Maintain good relationships with referring dentists, community & other clinical professionals.

    · Elevating customer satisfaction levels through measured KPIs.

    · Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    · 3+ years of proven leadership experience, ideally in an orthodontic setting.

    · Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related area.

    · Strong Business acumen with great customer service skills.
