    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage challenging situations like vehicle releases and coordinating repairs
    • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, meeting client expectations

    The Collision Services Representative at Element Fleet Management contributes significantly to delivering exceptional products and services in a dynamic industry.

    Day-to-Day Tasks

    • Communicate effectively with vendors, repair shops, and clients
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and repair specialists
    • Follow up on claims promptly to minimize vehicle downtime
    • Obtain necessary information from vendors during repair delays
    • Document all relevant details in the claims system
    • Ensure vendors meet deadlines
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and retention
    • Review and validate repair estimates
    • Address queries from various departments
    • Analyze and handle documentation from vendors and clients
    • Respond to calls and messages promptly

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Background in Insurance claims, rental management, or Collision Repair a bonus
    • Fluency in English/French is an asset
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
    • Respect for confidentiality and privacy
