We are seeking a driven and collaborative Investment & Development Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of new development projects throughout the GMA.

This opportunity provides exposure to the entire development cycle and decision-making process of a growing project portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Investments and Development team in the analysis of real estate opportunities;
Examine potential uses for future assets through benchmarking and evaluation of comparable projects;
Provide analytical support to determine the financial feasibility of a project through the preparation of development proformas;
Assist in evaluating the business strategy and tenant mixes for existing assets;
Analyze lease documents and all other material required for due diligence (such as environmental reports, building condition assessments, etc.) including the validation of financial parameters and summaries;
Research zoning specifications and surrounding environments of assets;
Accumulate market information to help inform the developmental direction for each asset;
Work with the Investments & Development team to coordinate professional and consultant teams on active projects;
Perform market research on asset classes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business;
Possess good business acumen;
Excellent personal organization and detail oriented;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are necessary;
Moderate proficiencies in financial analysis;
Dynamic, curious, and selfmotivated;
Be a collaborative team player with a strong ability to interface with multiple teams;
