- Assist in the development and implementation of various marketing strategies and initiatives such as direct mail campaigns, corporate sales programs, internet marketing efforts, conventions, workshops, advertisements, and sales tools.
- Identify target markets and their characteristics to broaden the appeal of the company's brand.
- Support in promoting brand initiatives that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of all online communication platforms including the company's website, email campaigns, and social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, etc.).
- Provide editing services to ensure all communications are well-worded, grammatically correct, and aligned with the brand's tone and content standards.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and creative staff to produce marketing collateral that reflects the brand's messages and identity.
- Support the development of pricing strategies for profitable margins based on market research and projections. Post-secondary degree or diploma in the field of Marketing or Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in the fields of Marketing and/or Social Media Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel; as well as Canva, WordPress and Adobe Suite, specifically Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
