About The Role:
As a Bilingual Claims Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional client experience for Group Insurance clients who will primarily reside in Quebec and/or require correspondence to be in French.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Effectively resolve Extended Health and Dental claim inquiries and determine appropriate action
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Must work well in fast paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional manner
What You'll Bring:
- Proficient (both written and verbal) in French and English is required.
- Previous experience in a phone based customer service role is required
- Impeccable telephone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask
- Effective team player with ability to work independently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required e.g. Word, Outlook
