    BlueStone Properties Inc. has been an award-winning industry leader in property management, construction, and development for three generations. We are proud to be a London-based family business that is growing and currently seeking a full-time live-in Duty Manager to join our friendly and driven team.

    SUMMARY

    Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the live-in Duty Manager supplements the operations of the Residential Division including leasing, tenant relations, general maintenance, administration, and cleaning. Responsibilities include taking up Building Manager duties as required including leading and managing the onsite team. The Duty Manager works from Friday to Tuesday whereby approximately 3 days per week will be at our newly constructed 101 Base Line Road West location and the remaining 2 days will be worked onsite within our residential portfolio. As a part of a passionate and courteous team who has tenant needs front and center, you will participate in on-call hours in the evenings and on weekends on a rotating schedule.

    DUTIES

    • Provides information about suites to prospective tenants
    • Shows apartments and assists with lease applications
    • Completes minor repairs
    • Maintains cleanliness of common areas and units
    • Assists with move-ins and move-outs
    • Attends to tenant concerns in a timely manner
    • Performs and documents daily grounds and building checks

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-4 years of experience in building management, with some onsite supervision experience
    • Valid G driver's license, a ccess to reliable transportation with automotive liability insurance of $1,000,000
    • Excellent time management skills and driven ability to meet deadlines
    • Proficient with computer and smartphone
    • Proficient spoken and written English
    • Courteous manners with the public
    • Punctual and reliable
    • Criminal background check required
