Job Overview

Reporting to the Health & Safety Consultant, the Senior Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for extracting, processing and interpreting data to create and produce a wide range of reports and presentations for various management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and extract weekly reports for health and safety teams in Quebec and Ontario;
Manage and analyze health and safety results and data;
Ensure that the Prevention Department's documentation is kept up to date;
Train and support users in the proper use of internal health and safety systems and applications;
Collaborate regularly with various departments within the company.

Critical Qualifications

University degree in business, human resources or a health and safety-related discipline, an asset;
Previous experience with health and safety procedures and policies, an asset;
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
Ability to manage multiple files and projects simultaneously;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Bilingualism required in French and English (spoken and written): as part of their duties, this person will be required to interact in English with stakeholders outside Quebec.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in unionized workplaces;
Creation of presentations and training capsules.
