About:

Our client, a small family-run private equity firm, is looking for their next Investor Relations Manager to build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, as well as communicate the firm's investment strategy and performance to the investment community.

The Investor Relations Manager will work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy and support the growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, including individual investors, institutional investors, and financial advisors.
Communicating the firm's investment strategy and performance to the investment community through various channels such as conference calls, presentations, and meetings.
Preparing materials for investor meetings and presentations, including investment summaries and performance reports.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and investor sentiment to inform the firm's investor relations strategy.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including finance, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for investor relations initiatives.
Providing regular updates on investor sentiment and feedback to the leadership team.
Managing investor relations budgets and resources.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in investor relations, preferably in the private equity or financial services industry.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial advisors.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in investor relations software and tools.
