    Description

    What you will be doing:

    • Implement best practices with local Co-ops to enhance operational excellence through the Zone team and elevate customer experience.
    • Achieve results by increasing efficiencies and identifying sales opportunities in HABS and Co-op home centers.
    • Integrate technological platforms to support the HABS and Home Centre business in the CRS.
    • Establish a structure for business intelligence to aid in strategic decision-making, responding to team and business needs.
    • Travel approximately 10 – 15% annually.

    Whom you will collaborate with:

    The Team: You will closely cooperate with the HABS team, internal and external stakeholders, local Co-ops, have 4 direct reports, and report to the Director of Home & Building Solutions. The team aims to foster collaboration, expertise, and outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    You are seeking a career in Retail Store Operations and:

    • Hold 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Home and Building Supplies, Marketing, or Business Management.
    • Possess a university degree in business, commerce, or marketing (relevant education and experience combination will be considered).
