  • What you will do:

    As an Associate Clinical Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker's products to meet our customers' needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.   • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

  • Assists Clinical Representatives in the promotion and sale of Stryker products
  • Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products
  • Directs product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings
  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
  • Keeps Sales Representative, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Sales informed of territory progress on a regular basis
  • Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
  • Manages and maintains a sample inventory of products
  • Has authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities
  • What you need:

  • University Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Bilingual French and English required
  • 1+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable)
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered

  • Ce que vous ferez :

    En tant que représentant commercial adjoint, vous contribuerez à la promotion et à la vente stratégiques des produits Stryker afin de répondre aux besoins de sa clientèle. Vous effectuerez avec assurance des évaluations en salle d'opération et en cabinet, en démontrant de manière convaincante les mérites de nos produits. En assurant le suivi systématique des progrès réalisés dans votre territoire, vous communiquez de façon proactive vos réalisations à vos représentants commerciaux et vous vous surpassez pour dépasser chaque objectif. Lorsque vous êtes sur le terrain avec la clientèle, vous utilisez votre connaissance des produits et votre rapidité d'esprit pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux produits, et informer les médecins, le personnel infirmier et les autres membres du personnel de l'utilisation et de l'entretien appropriés de nos produits.   • Collaborer de manière proactive avec les équipes/services internes afin de promouvoir une culture d'inclusion et de coopération.
  • Responsable de la mise en œuvre et de l'exemplarité des valeurs de Stryker : l'intégrité, la responsabilisation, le personnel et la performance.
  • Assister les représentants commerciaux dans la promotion et la vente des produits Stryker
  • Éduquer et informer les médecins, le personnel infirmier et le personnel concerné sur l'utilisation et l'entretien appropriés des produits Stryker.
  • Diriger les évaluations de produits dans les salles d'opération et les bureaux.
  • Aider à la préparation et au déroulement de salons professionnels, de conventions et/ou de réunions cliniques, le cas échéant.
  • Tenir régulièrement informés le représentant commercial, le directeur régional des ventes et le directeur des ventes des progrès réalisés dans le territoire.
  • Résoudre avec diligence les problèmes de la clientèle avec les produits.
  • Gérer et maintenir des stocks d'échantillons de produits.
  • Avoir le pouvoir de recommander et de lancer des mesures préventives et correctives en ce qui concerne les non-conformités des produits et les activités du système de qualité.
  • Ce dont vous avez besoin :

  • Diplôme universitaire ou expérience professionnelle équivalente obligatoire
  • Bilinguisme : anglais et français requis
  • Plus d'un an d'expérience dans un poste de vente externe (de préférence dans le domaine médical)
  • Les candidats internes ayant une combinaison équivalente de formation, d'expérience et de performance au fil du temps chez Stryker seront pris en considération
