    Join us as a Northbridge Customer Experience Associate

    As a Customer Experience Associate at our company, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our Voice of the Customer program. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer feedback channels, ensuring data integrity in our customer experience surveys, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our survey platform (Medallia). By analyzing feedback, you'll help us gain valuable insights into our customers' needs and preferences, supporting internal partners with data analysis, reporting, and systems integrations.

    This position requires a unique mix of analytical skills and technical expertise, paired with a strong customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate thrives on working with data and technology, excels at problem-solving, and is a natural storyteller who can easily build relationships.

    We're looking for someone with:

    • A keen eye for detail and high accuracy in analytical tasks
    • The ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources
    • Experience in summarizing both written and numerical data
    • The skill to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
    • Strong communication and analytical skills
    • Experience with Voice of the Customer platforms like Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment, etc.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
    • Basic understanding of IT terminology
