Do you have verbal strong verbal and written communication and ability explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that business stakeholders understand?
What you will do:
- Direct and support a team of individual contributors in meeting our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to all standards and processes including but not limited to security, change and release, project management, budget, privacy etc.
- Responsible for interactions with Managed Service Partner and Vendor engagement, including achievement of service levels and performance targets as appropriate.
- Responsible for accurate cost reporting, including budget and forecast input, validation of actuals and completion of related budgeting activities.
Who you are:
- College or University degree OR threeyear technical diploma and/or 7+ years of relevant work experience 2+ years of leadership experience (experience in a technical or supervisory leadership role)
- Strong customer service, leadership, communication, problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of business needs and drivers, with ability to establish and maintain a level of user trust and confidence.
- Able to effectively balance and weigh competing priorities and determine appropriate course of action independently.
