    Our proficient team provides advanced support to empower clients in achieving productivity and progress in their business ventures. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage office administrative procedures effectively.

    We are looking for a Customer and Information Services Supervisor to oversee and coordinate a team of customer service and information specialists to ensure high-quality support is provided to our clients.

    Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives and information specialists.
    Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service delivery and information management processes.

    Establish work schedules, monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and information management.
    Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    College or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

    Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer service and/or information management setting.

    Knowledge of management consulting, customer brand and marketing, digital transformation, finance strategy, and organizational efficiency concepts is preferred.
