You will have overall accountability for leading our team to success on projects that we are awarded, actively managing technical, commercial, and financial requirements to ensure that the objectives of our clients are met and that our profitability targets are achieved.

This position will focus primarily on multi-key residential projects, long-term care facilities, and building retrofits in our Canada and US markets. The work location is flexible and open to a hybrid working arrangement, given that work will support various offices across our established markets.

Your experience in the construction industry (10+ years preferred), excellent communication skills, and networking prowess make you an ideal fit. This role isn't just a job—it's a career development journey, enriched with extensive mentorship and opportunities to enhance your business acumen in the construction sector. We offer a flexible working arrangement, allowing you to balance professional growth with personal needs. Join us to shape your future, and shape Graham's strategy across multiple asset classes and geographies.

As an Associate Director at Graham Capital, you will:

  • Develop market intelligence for assigned geographic regions and asset classes, and leverage your strategic thinking skills to identify profitable business opportunities for Graham to jointly target with our construction teams.
