    Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​ ​

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, or its equivalent in a related technical field, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, fastening/joining systems and conveyance.
  • Proficient technical aptitude in quality systems, regulations, design, and maintenance, particularly fastening and joining systems.
  • Demonstrated technical project management experience.
  • General knowledge of manufacturing processes, application, and operations, preferably in automotive industry.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple issues in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts as required (primarily a dayshift role).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Maximo, SAP Ariba - preferred.
  • Experience working in a unionized manufacturing operation - preferred.
