    Business Analyst - Cairo, Egypt

    We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with over 2 years of experience to join our Customer Service & Delivery department in Cairo. As an expatriate in Cairo, Egypt, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer refund requests for our service department. You will lead in implementing data-driven solutions to ensure an optimal service experience. This role based in Cairo offers a unique cultural experience while making a significant impact on shaping our customer service future.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Development: Lead a team of dedicated agents, providing guidance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and fostering team growth.
    • Cancellation Process Management: Oversee the entire cancellation process, resolving related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Analytical Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to turn customer refund data into actionable insights, proficiency in MySQL is essential.
    • Strategic Growth: Drive strategic team growth to meet business needs effectively.
    • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and streamline customer refund processes, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.

    *Please note, this position will start at our headquarters in Montreal, Quebec, for training and integration before relocating to Cairo, Egypt. Don't worry, our FlightHub headquarters team will provide guidance and support throughout your relocation process.
