Description

We are seeking an organized couple / 2 person team to assume the role of a full-time Superintendent, reporting to the Property Manager.

As a strategic member of our team, you will have the following proven technical knowledge and skills:

  • Self-starter
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent cleaning skills
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical an asset
  • Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
  • Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
  • Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
  • Experience in similar role required
  • Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
Salary for a couple super 60k plus benefits yearly +3 bedroom Apt


Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
