    Position Summary:

    Our Mother company, GMS Canada is seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This individual will also serve as a liaison between our Canadian Marketing Team and the USA's Marketing Team to enhance the GMS brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand & event management.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and communicate comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote company products/services, increase brand visibility, and drive sales.
  • Serve as a liaison between the GMS Canada subsidiaries and the USA's marketing and communication team.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform brand guidelines, strategies, and tactics.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, advertising materials, swag/ company peripherals, social media content, and communications.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns to optimize reach and conversion.
  • Analyze marketing, sales data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Benefits

  • Compensation- $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
