Job Title:
Entry Level Sales


As an Entry Level Solar Sales Representative at Firefly Solar Inc., you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy systems to residential and commercial customers.

You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the growth of our company.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about renewable energy and have excellent communication and sales skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Generate Leads: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking events, and referrals.

Educate Customers: Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives.

Conduct Site Assessments: Visit customers' properties to assess their energy needs, roof suitability, and other factors relevant to installing a solar energy system.

Design Customized Solutions: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create customized solar energy solutions tailored to customers' specific requirements.

Present Proposals: Present proposals to customers outlining the details of the proposed solar energy system, including cost, savings projections, financing options, and warranties.

Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring clarity on pricing, terms, and timelines.

Close Sales: Close sales by addressing customer concerns, overcoming objections, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Stay Updated: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and government policies related to solar energy to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.


Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of solar energy systems and renewable energy concepts is advantageous.

Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to customer sites.

$30,809.20-$123,545.39 per year
