Adjunct Instructor - Excel - Talent PoolCorporate Development, Applied Research & International – Centre for Continuing Education & Professional Studies /
SAIT's Continuing Education and Professional Studies (CEPS) focuses on non-credit programs supporting corporate training, the individual learner and international projects.
We complete all background activities required to set up our products for students to purchase and experience several delivery options.
Our Continuing Education opportunities are typically scheduled during daytime and evenings to suit a diverse learner population.The instructor is to make use of any and all available resources, methods, techniques and strategies, to ensure student success.
Note:
We are currently building our Adjunct Instructor talent pool for potential contracts during the Academic Year. you will only be contacted if a teaching opportunity becomes available. These opportunities may consist of Corporate Training projects, International Projects as well as Continuing Education courses.
DIGI 030 - Excel for Reporting
Attend all SAIT training as required
~ Achievement of School initiatives and Objectives
~ Be an active and engaged member of the School
~ Min 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
Relevant experience developing and delivering curriculum around Microsoft Excel
Experience and fluency with Office 365 (MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Fluent in English reading and vocabulary
Preference to background in Adult Education
Previous teaching experience preferred
Experience with a Learning Management System (Brightspace or Moodle is an asset)
Training and knowledge of adult learning fundamentals
Formal training or education in facilitation or teaching
Formal training in online technologies
