    WHO YOU ARE:

    We are looking for a Finance Manager to help our Finance team to provide accurate and timely data to the company leaders and help them to make well-informed decisions. Reporting to the Head of Finance. Responsibilities include:

    • Analyzing store performance;
    • Reviewing monthly warehouse KPI analysis;
    • Reviewing the monthly marketing analysis;
    • Manage monthly P&L variance analysis;
    • Perform financial and cost analysis in support of financial goals;
    • Analyze business cash needs;
    • Participate in the audit process;
    • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting;
    • Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast;
    • Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc requests and be a financial partner for the different departments.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • Bachelor's degree of Commerce (major Accounting);
    • Professional Certification (CPA).
    • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail or Consumer goods industry;
    • Bilingual (English and French);
    • Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel), PowerPoint and other MS Office products;
    • Solid presentation, reporting and communication skills;
    • Critical thinker;
    • Detail oriented.
