    Summary

    The Bell Business Markets Product Management team is currently seeking applications for a Security Practice Leader. The Practice Leader role is a senior position responsible to drive revenue and EBITDA performance. The successful candidate would be responsible to lead the strategy and execution of the related product roadmaps including Go To Market, support and guide Sales, and ensure delivery execution. Some of the critical aspects of this role include managing to the financial targets, staying abreast of industry developments and adapting the strategy as needed, and directly engaging with industry partners to drive sales. Elements of this role require the ability to successfully engage at senior levels (CxO) both inside and outside of the company (clients as well as partners).

    Key Responsibilities

    P&L Ownership for the Practice

    • Drive profitable revenue / EBITDA
    • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in the practice, including Managed Services and Professional Services
    • Performance Management – identify and achieve key unit / deal / profitability targets
    • Lead monthly Practice review (diagnostic), including win/loss, resource coverage, offer success, investment priority

    Category Strategy:

    • Develop customer-centric product roadmaps, with the functionality and features required to win in the marketplace
    • Maintain a market leading value proposition
    • Apply industry / market knowledge / expertise to enrich category strategy
    • Innovation – generate new ideas and make them a reality
    • Leverage internal security solutions to quickly bring equivalent solutions to market for clients
    • Identify / recommend M&A opportunities
    • Manage the vendor strategy and strike strategic partnerships
    • Define and adopt a consultancy approach to drive solution sales, including Professional and Managed Services
    • Effectively partner with other teams including Sales, Operations and Service Delivery to achieve company goals

    Demand Generation:

    • Partner with internal business unit stakeholders (Pricing, IS Management, Marketing, Business Intelligence) for:
    • Take-to-Market Programs and events
    • Partner Vendor Programs and events
    • Partner Pricing
    • Price-book Reviews

    Thought Leadership:

    • Attend and represent Bell Business Markets at Industry events
    • Foster partnerships that achieve both strategic and tactical objectives for Bell Business Markets
    • Engage with the industry analyst community
    • Recruit, inspire, develop and retain talent
    • Routinely invest time with key customers to understand current and anticipated business realities / challenges, and demonstrate Bell's thought leadership in cybersecurity

    Critical Qualifications

    • A versatile Business Leader with a strong track record of building high performance teams, developing new markets and delivering revenue/margin growth aligned with business vision
    • Strategic thinker, focused execution and collaborative leadership
    • Ability to work with partners and negotiating agreements to deliver best of breed security solutions to address client security challenges.
    • Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity industry experience
    • Sales-oriented, self-motivated and ability to adapt
    • Excellent organization and problem solving skills
    • Expert knowledge in cybersecurity, including full knowledge and understanding of common cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2
    • Able to work in a fast-pace environment
    • Strong presentation skills for top level management audiences

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ideally hold one or more cybersecurity industry certifications
    • Experience with M&A, preferably in the cybersecurity space
