Here are the key responsibilities and requirements expected of you in your role:
Assistant Plant Manager
Responsibilities
- Assisting the plant manager in overseeing daytoday operations of the plant
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and quality regulations
- Collaborating with production, maintenance, and logistics departments to optimize plant performance
- Assisting with the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required
- Monitoring production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
- Participating in budget planning and cost control initiatives
- Leading and motivating a team of plant employees
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field
- Minimum 24 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.

$54,599.83-$70,754.63 per year

Experience:
