    WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?


    Main Responsibilities:
    CyberArk Support

    • Responsible for L1 & L2 globally as part of the Follow The Sun Support (Paris, Asia and Americas)

    Technical Skills:

    Must have:

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience of supporting CyberArk version 11.x and above.
    • Advanced Unix and Windows knowledge
    • 2 years of experience using AutoIT to customize FAT clients on CyberArk PSM servers
    • Strong scripting skills (PACLI, Python, Powershell. Etc.) to automate various CyberArk onboarding and operational support processes
    • Good MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).
    Prior Work Experience


    Prior experience that has demonstrated:

    • Creativity in complex problem solving
    • Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skills with a structured problemsolving approach
    • Ability to innovate and multitask
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making
    Education


    Must have:

    • College degree
    • Strong interest in Information Security or Information Technology

    Nice to have:

    • Specialization in Information Systems Security
    • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications
