    Agir à titre de premier point de contact pour les questions relatives aux ressources humaines (RH). Répondre de façon efficace aux questions générales d'employés et de gestionnaires de personnes, reçues par la boîte vocale du Service aux employés, par clavardage ou sur le Web
    Mettre en application sa pensée critique et ses aptitudes dans la résolution de problèmes afin de régler des demandes avant de les aiguiller vers un échelon supérieur ou d'autres services
    Offrir une assistance à la navigation à l'utilisateur et agir à titre d'expert pour les questions d'ordre général en lien avec les systèmes, les programmes et les politiques des RH
    Posséder une connaissance approfondie des politiques et programmes de McKesson afin qu'un soutien approprié soit offert au personnel
    Assurer un service à la clientèle de première qualité en répondant aux questions de façon satisfaisante et en procédant au suivi s'il y a lieu
    Au besoin, assister aux réunions de l'équipe directe ou de l'équipe élargie des RH afin de se tenir à jour sur les processus et les pratiques
    Formation
    ~ Expérience de travail dans le domaine des ressources humaines
    Application des fonctions administratives, des lois et des règlements qui concernent les RH
    Une connaissance des systèmes techniques des RH
    Une personne axée sur les détails et la qualité

    Le titulaire de ce poste fournira un soutien quotidien aux clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou des États-Unis.

    Par conséquent, il/elle doit maîtriser l'anglais parlé et écrit.

    Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes nécessitant des compétences en anglais a été limité dans la mesure du possible.

    Environnement (bureaux, entrepôt, etc.)
    ~ Travail traditionnel en bureaux

    Une bonne partie de temps est consacrée au travail à un bureau, sur un ordinateur

    Responds to first-level voicemail, chat, and/or web case HR Support inquiries from current and former employees and people leaders.

    Service as first point of contact for HR questions . Troubleshoot and respond to general employee and people leader issues received through Employee Care via voicemail, chat and web-case in an efficient manner

    ~ Required to be expert in user navigation support as well as expert general routine inquiry support for HR systems, programs and policies

    ~ Responsible for having a thorough understanding of McKesson policy and programs to ensure proper support is provided to employees

    ~ When required, responsible to attend all direct team and broader HR team meetings to ensure knowledge of processes and practices is maintained

    Education/Training
    ~ Experience working in the Human Resources field

    ~ Building relationships of trust

    ~ Application of McKesson systems, policies, and processes

    ~ Application of HR administrative functions, laws, and regulations

    ~ Knowledge of HR technical systems

    ~ Quality and detail orientation

    ~ Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible
    Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.)
    ~ Traditional office environment.

    Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required .
