    The AI Product Strategy Director is a senior leader acting as an individual contributor, reporting to the VP Product Strategy.

    Grow the market share for D2L products by driving the rethink of how AI can benefit Higher Ed, K12 and Corporate customers
    Direct the AI product strategy and roadmap definition that is focused on achieving business results, partnering with Corporate Strategy, Sales and Marketing
    Articulate and cascade the benefits of new features and the future direction of the platform to customers and internal stakeholders
    Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute GTM plans
    Collaborate closely with other AI product managers, engineering and design to launch innovative and value-generating products and features frequently, test their performance, and iterate quickly
    Over the top energy and drive to deliver commercial success
    Strong communication and interaction skills - need to be extremely comfortable presenting to internal executives, stakeholders, and external customers, and managing customer expectations
    Utilizes networks and working relationships to identify strategic opportunities and potential partnerships.

    An agile learner, with a growth mindset, attention to detail and organizational skills. A change agent, with proven delegation, motivation, and team building skills .
    Minimum 7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products across hundreds of customers and 100K+ users
    Experience with learning management or edtech products is a big plus
    Degree or Diploma in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
    The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. 134,000 — $177,750 CAD
