- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of successful sales strategies and quota attainment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to influence and build internal relationships
- Experience in managing multiple customers and locations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High-energy professional with excellent interpersonal skills
- Travel required
