- Efficiently process accounts, payments, and financial transactions according to policies.
- Handle bill preparation, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger for accurate posting of payments.
- Address client billing issues, discrepancies, and collection inquiries.
- Send payment reminders and contact clients for timely invoice settlements.
- Analyze financial statements and prepare reports on accounts receivable.
- Engage in financial analysis, job costing, and forecast preparation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintain clean accounts receivable subledgers and customer balances.
- Coordinate with departments to expedite the collection process.
- Handle various accounting projects and tasks as required.
- 3-5 years of corporate collections or full-cycle accounting experience.
- CPA designation or equivalent qualification in progress.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Visual Manufacturing software is preferred.
