    Associate Product Manager, Accessories & Protective

    Reporting to the Manager, Accessories & Protective, the Associate Product Manager's (APM) purpose is to support the product manager and the business unit team. The organization is looking for a high performer dedicated to collect and interpret data and customer feedback. It's a role within the business unit's triad structure (design, development & product management). Through consumer knowledge, research, market feedback and data input, the APM plays a base role to set and present product strategies.

    Responsibilities :

    • Product data input: Ensure accuracy of product information across all internal platforms (catalogs, B2B platform, website). Keep products up to date and on time.
    • Product offer analysis: Validate through market research and feedback valuation of products. Gather and present pricing vs feature analysis through market research.
    • SKU analysis: Constantly review the Global SKU offering evaluate trends and opportunities of expansion or reduction.
    • Coordination: Keep track of the organizational timelines for product creation's compass process and all steps related to go to market timelines. Within the business unit, keep minutes and notes on projects.
    • Presentation: Train and communicate product innovation and features at retail partners and within the company.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
    • Experience in coordination or finance industry is an asset.
    • Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback.
    • Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
    • Thorough and detail oriented.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to translate data.
    • Bilingualism (French and English) – oral and written.
