- Job SummaryThe Ministry of Mental Health and Addictions leads the Province of British Columbia in efforts to improve the mental wellbeing and reduce substance userelated harms for all British Columbians. The ministry has overall responsibility for the development of a coherent, accessible, and culturally safe mental health and addictions system that is effective for individuals and families across the lifespan throughout the province. The Strategic Planning and Governance branch oversees the strategy for the transformation of the mental health and addictions systems of care to meet the government's goals defined in _A Pathway to Hope_.
The role of the Program Evaluation Analyst is to analyze and evaluate the performance of complex programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating program performance.
- Experience in program evaluation and performance management theories, principles, models and related systems/technologies.
- Experience with managing contracts.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
- Experience analyzing and evaluating programs related to mental health and problematic substance use, health care, health promotion, public health and/or other social service policies, programs or initiatives.
- Experience working with Indigenous organizations and communities.
