As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Manager to join our dynamic team.The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will be responsible for marketing automation strategy, overseeing all aspects of our marketing automation platform.
You'll play a critical role in optimizing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) instance, leveraging customer data and preferences to create compelling customer journeys, and ultimately drive engagement and bring value to our consumers, driving successful campaigns, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
The ideal candidate has experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing.They also have a proven track record executing with excellence, strong analytical and project management skills, and the ability to interpret data to generate insight and action.
Ability to develop and execute complex strategies utilizing multiple aspects of the Marketing Cloud suite such as emails, journey builder, automation studio, cloud pages, AMPscript, etc.
Partnering with the Data Strategy Team and agency partners to build and deploy contact strategies, predominantly though Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Create a data strategy for the Base Marketing to enable multichannel automated marketing campaigns (Emails, SMS, Direct Mail, Calling etc.)Lead A/B testing and optimizations for all campaigns for the channels mentioned above.
Proactively advise Marketing and other cross-functional partners of best practices with regards to marketing automation, increasing digital engagement, platform capabilities and testing methodology.
Manage and manipulate data to obtain appropriate digital audience creation for emails using SQL queries, filtered data extensions.Develops training and process documentation for the team and the broader business.
Must have one of the following certifications Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or any other marketing cloud related certification
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in marketing automation, ideally with a focus on digital marketing, contact strategy and/or customer communications
Ability to manage complex marketing projects, including working closely with IT on integrations.
Experience executing best practices in email marketing and email analytics.
Strong analytical skills, ability prioritize projects for largest customer and business impact
