    Emplacement du poste: Montréal État/Province: Québec

    Description:

    L'employé à ce poste contribue au succès de Telecon Inc. en fournissant un soutien administratif pour le département de la flotte.

    Responsabilités :

    Mise à jour de la base de données principale pour tous les actifs de la Flotte d'équipement roulants de Telecon : Création, mise à jour et retraits d'actifs;

    S'assurer que tous les actifs aient une assignation complète à une unité d'affaire;

    Scanner tous les documents liés à l'actif et assurer le lien dans la base de données ainsi que dans le dossier électronique du véhicule;

    Effectuer la réconciliation des enregistrements avec la SAAQ (mise au rencart, validations, ventes, etc.)

    Création, mise à jour et retrait des cartes d'essences et d'entretien pour tous les actifs;

    Exigences :

    DEC en administration;

    Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'administration;

    Bilinguisme (français et anglais parlé et écrit);

    Démontrer de solides habiletés avec les logiciels de Microsoft Office;

    Compréhension des bases de la comptabilité un atout;

    Être en mesure d'effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement en évolution rapide;

    Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément;

    Faire preuve d'une grande attention aux détails.
