    The team at our dental clinic located in Oakville, ON are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Office Manager on a full-time basis.

    The ideal Dental Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk office and dental professional team.

    At our clinic, we cultivate a sense of family and it shows in our dedicated staff who have been with us for many consecutive years. Our team prides itself on excellence and devotion to the needs of all our patients. Our dental team has been serving Oakville since 2001.

    123Dentist is Canada's largest majority dentist-owned network of dental practices, with more than 400 locations nationwide and over 6,000 employees. Providing a long-term career in a growing network located in multiple communities across the country, at all levels of the industry.

  • SCHEDULE:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Saturday
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2 years of experience is required in dental office management or dental administration
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  • Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
  • Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
