    Role Overview

    Join us as the Director of Customer Success at BoomerangFX, where you will be a key player in nurturing strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, overseeing a team of Customer Success Managers, and collaborating with other departments to ensure our customers' needs are not only met but exceeded.

    Please be aware that this role requires in-office presence five days a week at our Mississauga, ON office.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers.
    • Develop and execute a robust customer success strategy to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
    • Handle critical customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
    • Discover opportunities for expanding customer engagement through upselling and cross-selling.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their objectives and challenges.
    • Advocate for customer needs, feedback, and enhancement requests within the organization.
    • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with customer expectations.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance customer success metrics.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on customer success initiatives' progress.
    • Supervise the development of customer onboarding programs to ensure successful client integration.
    • Offer leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team for optimal performance and customer experience.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Over 10 years of experience in customer engagement and success management.
    • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing customer success teams within a SaaS environment.
    • Advanced knowledge of customer relationship management and retention strategies.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Data-driven mindset with a knack for analyzing customer data to drive decisions.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
