Manage client accounts for inventory accuracy, stock location, and lot or date-code control; investigate, resolve, and report any damages or shortages, obtaining resolution from management. Review all orders received back from the warehouse and confirm all orders as shipped, ensuring all accessorial charges are captured. Proactively communicate any service issues or delays to customers, offering solutions and suggestions. Communicate and coordinate with CSM and warehouse supervisors on rush orders and the arrival of products. Produce reports, summaries, and overviews of records to CSM.What you need to SucceedMust-Have
Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service Representative experience. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel) and other databases and spreadsheet applications. High levels of accuracy with regards to typing, data entry and transfer, and order entry. Focused attention when working with file management to keep accurate, up-to-date, and organized files. Experience in inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention, and damage procedures.
